NPI Manager (Based in Batam)
Job Description
Location: Batam
Responsibilities:
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer and all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of NPI projects
• Deep understanding of the production line layout, flow, and modelling
Requirements:
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Preferably knowledge in Plastic Injection molding & Medical devices assembly
