Mechanical Engineer - Facilities
Job Description

- Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Monitor contractor performance and collaborate with vendors for work compliance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on facilities systems.
- Manage various mechanical systems (e.g., CDA, WWTP, HVAC).
- Ensure continuous facilities system reliability for uninterrupted production.
- Plan and implement Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and Repair Maintenance.
- Maintain Computerized Maintenance Management systems.
- Participate in Capital Projects and system improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to statutory requirements and regulatory standards.
- Respond to building emergencies and ensure security 24/7.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Control, and Safety regulations.
- Provide training and leadership to Technicians.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical
- With 3 to 5 years of working experience in the similar or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in CMMS, ASME, piping fabrication, Code of practice, Predictive Maintenance method as added advantage
