• Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Implement quality control activities based on established policies and procedures.
• Inspect and test products throughout production stages to maintain quality standards and approve them within agreed timelines.
• Conduct sensory evaluations, including sniffing and tasting, to ensure incoming materials meet customer requirements.
• Perform analytical tests using various instruments such as Densitometer, Refractometer, GC, GC-MS, Karl Fischer, etc.
• Enter data into SAP system and maintain instrument calibration as per routine.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for QC testing in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of OOS (Out of Specification) and non-conformities.
• Maintain a clean and organized QC lab environment following 6S principles.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the lab or plant and support implementation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or Chemical related courses.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QC operation, preferably in similar industry
• Good knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes
