Job Description

→ Experience in Chemical industry is added advantage

→ No experience is welcome, training is provided

→ European Chemical MNC at Loyang (Company transport provided at Tampines MRT)

→ Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

→ 9 months contract role to support SAP migration


Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.


Objectives:

Support day-to-day order management, including receiving customer orders, orders processing, removing order blocks, processing change requests and managing order releases
Drive customer loyalty and achievement of supply chain KPI by delivering exceptional customer service
Support import and export process

Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform full sales/shipping job functions & responsibilities including calling, following up, checking, processing, shipping, coordinating and handling customers & inter-companies' orders, GTS/Credit Block, complaints & deliveries.
  • Co-ordinate the packing, booking, collection/delivery & shipping of goods (land, sea, air, courier). Cross-check rates regularly before booking. (Including drop shipments).
  • Display a customer-centric attitude and maintain strong customer relationships by close interaction with customer.
  • Maintain updated Customer Price List within SAP system.
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management.
  • Handle customer complaints via Non-conformance Management (NCM) system Actively communicate status, investigation results, corrective actions to customer and ensure on time closure for non-product quality related complaints.
  • Perform warehouse administration support - key in Goods Received Note & documents filing
  • Co-ordinate with freight forwarders or LSP on the clearance of all import shipments.
  • GR all incoming raw material, indirect material and all other item indent for the plant to complete the GR process (excluding office goods/car rental/Company Printer)
  • Support to execute finish goods order and raw material for tolling vendors.
  • Handle 3rd Party Warehouse (LSP) stock and STO transfer.

Requirements:

 

 

  • Diploma or Degree
  • 2-3 years in customer service / supply chain / sales / controlling
  • Good knowledge of the business processes
