Job Description
  • 5 day week / Mon - Fri / 8.45am - 5.30pm
  • Basic salary + AWS + VB
  • Located in Haw Par area (bus transfer required)
  • Min. NITEC holder
  • Min. 1 year of relevant admin experience  

 

 

Our Client, a well-established organization in the chemicals industry, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as an Admin & Logistics Coordinator.

 

 

DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle receptionist and administrative duties assigned
  • Act as the secretary to the MD / Staff to perform services such as booking of lunch / dinner, booking of accommodation / flight, VISA or other pass application, expenditure claims etc.
  • Liaise with the forwarders for customs clearance issues and plan cargo schedules to ensure smooth delivery and timely shipment
  • Provide clerical support to the department personnel in all import/ export businesses including preparation of shipping documentation etc.
  • Prepare telegraphic transfer remittance application and monitor credit control matters, etc.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned

 

REQURIEMENTS:

  • Min. NITEC holder
  • Min. 1 year of relevant admin experience
