Job Description
- 5 day week / Mon - Fri / 8.45am - 5.30pm
- Basic salary + AWS + VB
- Located in Haw Par area (bus transfer required)
- Min. NITEC holder
- Min. 1 year of relevant admin experience
Our Client, a well-established organization in the chemicals industry, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as an Admin & Logistics Coordinator.
DESCRIPTION:
- Handle receptionist and administrative duties assigned
- Act as the secretary to the MD / Staff to perform services such as booking of lunch / dinner, booking of accommodation / flight, VISA or other pass application, expenditure claims etc.
- Liaise with the forwarders for customs clearance issues and plan cargo schedules to ensure smooth delivery and timely shipment
- Provide clerical support to the department personnel in all import/ export businesses including preparation of shipping documentation etc.
- Prepare telegraphic transfer remittance application and monitor credit control matters, etc.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned
