Project Manager (Glass works/ Sub-con/ Own vehicle/ up to $4.5K)
Job Description
- Lead and manage the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery within quality, cost, safety and time frames by ensuring accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements
- Manage manpower and resources planning to ensure that the project remains on time and within budget specifications
- Execute risk identification and risk management
- Liaise and consult with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information
- Ensure project operations are in compliance with OHSAS 18001 standard requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies and authorities’ requirements and ensure all safety requirements are enforced
- Provide a central point of contact for the client regarding any reporting, variances, queries etc and check for referrals of new project
- Maintain a cooperative relationship with all legislative, approval bodies and authorities, etc
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in relevant disciplines
- 5 years of experience in project management (prefereably in constructiion industry)
- Experience working in Main con/ Sub con environment
- Possess own vehicle
